Smallish captures images of my children that are classic, unique, and take your breath away amazing.  The kids are at ease from the very beginning, which makes for a great photo experience. Highly recommend for capturing timeless photos of your children.

Christina Shires

FOUNDER & PHOTOGRAPHER

Ten years ago I opened a studio with a simple belief: families are at their most beautiful when they're just being themselves.

That hasn't changed. Every session starts with a conversation about your family, who you are, what your home looks like, what you're hoping to create. And if you're not sure yet, that's my favorite place to start.

Sessions are relaxed, playful, and genuinely fun. Your family does their thing, and somewhere in the laughing and the chaos and the quiet moments in between, the magic happens.

I believe one of life's most precious possessions is a family portrait. Not a photo on a phone. A real portrait - printed, framed, and given a permanent place in your home. The kind of thing that stops you in the hallway and reminds you what matters.

That's what I create. Not the most images. The most special ones. Every print is made by hand. Every frame is built locally. Every detail is considered. And I don't stop until you love it.

After your artwork is delivered, I check in. I want to know it looks right on your wall, in your light, in your home. You'll have it for a lifetime. It should be perfect.

It's done when you love it.

How It Works

It starts with a phone call. You tell me about your family, your home, and what you're hoping to create. And if you're not sure yet, that's my favorite place to start. I'll help with styling, we'll plan everything together, and then you show up, have the best time, and I’ll take care of the rest.
